He has been working as a freelancer and consultant for twenty-five years.
He was the teacher of at Samp Ingranaggi of a training course for technical staff on the theory, practice and metrology gear, being paied by IAL.

Stefano start his professional experience in 1997 as a major manufacturer of motors, first as a designer then from 2000 as head of technical research and development. During these years, follows in full the design of new product lines such as coaxial, bevel helical and shaft mounted. In the following years also developed a new range of products: industrial gearboxes, lifting, splitters, rolling lines, skew angle gears, reducer, multipliers, which is deposited a patent (project developed in conjunction with ing. Morselli), gears, reducers agricultural applications etc ..
In addition to the new lines are born innovative solutions for the connection of electric motors, by devising always with ing. Morselli a ninnovative coupling (patent pending) and the subsequent introduction of techno polymer structural materials.

Stefano has considerable experience in the field of molding and gravity die casting for aluminum, in-kind for the iron and injection molds for plastics

 He has worked with disigner for the creation of objects (toys kinder, suitcases, handles for cutlery, bottles, etc ..) all made with advanced modeling, class A surfaces
 He has worked for years in the design and installation in equipment and machinery handling and internal transportation for surface ships and submarines.
